Frequently asked questions

Do you build onsite?

Yes! When delivery is not possible due to space restrictions at your property, we can send a specialized onsite crew to build the shed directly at your location. This ensures your shed is constructed exactly where you need it.

What kind of foundation is needed for the shed?

Although we recommend the ground to be fairly level, we don’t require any foundation for us to install the shed. We'll set the shed up on solid concrete blocks, which we provide, and ensure your shed is 100% level during installation.

Do I have to get the blocks for you to set it up?

No! We're taking care of all that for you. You just have to sit back, relax, and watch while we set it up for you. We'll provide all the necessary materials to ensure your shed is securely installed.

How are your sheds built to be weather resistant?

Our sheds are designed to be extremely weather resistant. We use treated floor frames to protect against termites, mold, and more. We also install a moisture barrier under the floor. Our sheds come with 50-year warranty LP siding, Home Duration Sherwin Williams paint, and moisture barrier paper between the roof decking and metal roof or shingles, ensuring long-lasting durability in any climate.

Do your sheds come with a ventilation system?

Yes, they do! We understand how hot Texas can get, so every shed we build includes both front and back air vents, along with a full-length ridge vent across the peak. We also install a radiant barrier on the ceiling. The combination of vents and ridge vent allows hot air to escape and ventilates the shed, while the radiant barrier helps keep the shed 10-15 degrees cooler during the summer months.

Do you offer financing options?

Yes! We offer both standard financing and no credit check rent-to-own options to make your shed purchase as convenient and affordable as possible.

What is your warranty policy?

We provide a full 6-year craftsmanship warranty on all our sheds. We stand behind the quality of our work, so you can have complete peace of mind knowing your shed is built to last.

What size shed do I need?

The size of your shed depends on its intended use. For basic storage, sizes between 8 x 10 and 10 x 20 should work. For larger projects or workshops, we recommend sizes 10 x 20 and up. Contact us, and we’ll help you determine the best size based on your needs.

Can I use my shed as a workspace or home office?

Yes, many customers use our sheds as workshops, home offices, or studios. Ask about our insulation and electrical packages to make your shed functional for work or hobbies.

Do I need a permit for my shed?

Permit requirements vary by location and size of the shed. We recommend checking with your local authorities. We can also assist you with any documentation you may need.
